1970. 49m. This grand attempt at an “art film” succeeds in creating some striking tableaux, but tries a little too hard. The result is a campy psychedlic collage of romantic fantasies created by a young guy lusting after a sailor, set to a soundtrack by Moody Blues. Director: Mark Aaron.
WONDERFUL WORLD OF GUYS
c.1970s. 58m. Four mostly unrelated scenes loosely strung together by a creepy narrator expounding nonsense profundities reminiscent of Ed Wood. First, an all action scene by a pool followed by a hippy with a boot fetish abusing his boy toy. Then, cheesy cinematic tricks bring sexual fantasies to life, followed by a montage of fantasy clips during phone sex. Directed by Roger Marks.
BOY POURRI
c. Mid-1970s. 90m. Compilation of scenes from at least 66 loops directed by Robert Walters in his pre-Nova days. Recurring characters and a voiceover narrator suggests that they will educate us on various themed sex acts: rimming, 69ing, cocksucking, anal action, cumshots and masturbation.
